Toronto, Canada, September 26, 2023 –(PR.com)– Finder.com/ca is delighted to announce the winners of the Finder: Personal Loans Customer Satisfaction Awards 2023 and the Finder: Car Loans Customer Satisfaction Awards 2023.
The aim of these award programs is to develop a list of the top personal loan and car loan providers based on the quality of their customer service. To develop this ranking, Finder tapped into one of the most effective methods of understanding a product or provider’s quality — direct feedback from actual customers.
Through online surveys with more than 1,950 recorded responses, we asked customers to rate Canada’s leading loan providers — from pre-approval to post-funding assistance.
Loan providers were categorized into three types of lenders: traditional lenders, alternative lenders and comparison platforms — before Finder experts calculated the overall customer satisfaction score. The lender with the highest score in each category took the top spot.
“Canadians are struggling with the higher cost of living and increasingly taking on more debt,” explains Romana King, Group Editor for Finder Canada and an award-winning personal finance expert. “We know that comparison shopping for the best car loan or a competitive loan rate is critical, but an integral component to finding the right debt solution is to find a lender who will work with you throughout the lending process.”
To help customers find lenders with a commitment to customer relationships, Finder launched two awards campaigns: Finder: Personal Loans Customer Satisfaction Awards 2023 and Finder: Car Loans Customer Satisfaction Awards 2023. “The goal was to help Canadians find lenders who not only offer competitive debt solutions but excel at helping customers learn and manage their finances,” says King.
